14 Day Return or Exchange Policy

Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Caribbean Kids would be happy to accept a return or exchange.

  • Items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund less shipping charges within 14 days of the original purchase date on your receipt.
  • Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • All sales become final after 14 days of the original purchase date on your receipt.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
  • Refused returns or exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

How to Return / Exchange
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at 480-502-8388. However if you wish to return an item, please follow the following steps. Also, if you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, follow the return instructions below.

  • Please email us at customerservice@caribbean-kids.com to receive your Return Authorization Code.
  • The email must include your name, date of the receipt, web order # and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.   
  • Upon receiving your RA Code, ship your item(s) back to: Caribbean Kids  17708 N. 92nd St, Scottsdale, AZ  85255
  • Your package must be shipped pre-paid, insured and with a tracking number (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL)

We are not responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.

We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one week to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).
